Who is it for?
This course will help all attendees who have the potential to have contact with your customers (customer service team, technical service team/help desk, field engineers, reception, etc).
It is designed to help people with the following activities: • How to spot new business opportunities that result from day-to-day customer interaction, • How to maintain and foster business relationships that lead to more business, • How to make clear and unambiguous statements to customers in your day to day activity which then put the sales team at an advantage, • How to report new opportunities internally in a structured and systematic way, to give the follow up the best chance of success.
